CIVIL WAR TRAIL

Dare County has established a Civil War Trail which is also part of the Outer Banks Heritage Trail, both of which are part of the larger Historic Albemarle Trail.
As of May 15, 2011 we were included on the N.C. Civil War Bugle Trail as well as the
National Civil War Bugle Trail.
Civil War Monuments or markers can be visited at the following locations:
